So Pleased
"I'd like to submit a recommendation for my plastic surgeon, Dr. Bauer, whom I found on ImplantInfo.com. Dr. Joseph Bauer in Alpharetta, GA did my BA on September 5, 2003. While I am only a month and a half post-op, I am very pleased with my results so far! I would strongly recommend Dr. Bauer to anyone. I went into my initial consultation with a (literally) 6-PAGE list of questions. He and his staff were extremely patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. Even though Dr. Bauer does a very large number of BAs, I never felt as though I was being rushed. I always felt like my results and my satisfaction were genuinely important to him. I also had no trouble getting in touch with him between appointments for questions. And I never had to wait a very long time in the office. On the day of my surgery, I was EXTREMELY nervous, but he and his nurses were wonderful. One nurse in particular, Inyce, was fantastic and did everything she could to calm me down. They gave me heated blankets to keep me warm. They even took my bellybutton ring out for me and put it back in! When I woke up, I was in absolutely no pain at all. In fact, I was never in real "pain" after the surgery (although certainly some discomfort). Inyce called me 2 or 3 times a day to check on me and give my husband instructions for the next 3 days! Dr. Bauer himself called me the day after surgery. I was so impressed! I had a few post-op visits, during which they were very careful to make sure my incisions were healing correctly, and make sure I was feeling good about where I was in the healing process. Right now, the incisions are only 3/4 inch long, and look like a thin purple line. Although I am still changing shape somewhat, I feel as though I got exactly what I asked for. Dr. Bauer really seemed to understand the size that I'd be happiest with. If anyone wants to talk with my about my experience with Dr. Bauer, I'd be more than happy to. Wonderful Treatment
"My experience with Dr. Joseph Bauer was wonderful. He treated me as if I was his Only patient and his #1 patient each and every appointment. Dr. Bauer answered all of my questions and answered questions I had not thought of. He explained all of the technical steps that it would take to achieve my wants and wishes. He has the professional credentials and experience to prove his abilities. Dr. Bauer calmed my nerves. He reassured me that my decision was right and that I should want to feel and look as beautiful as possible. He treated me with the highest respect. He listened to me over and over again, which proved to me that he would do his best and would perform at his best. The day of surgery he held my hands and smiled and listened to me as if not wanting to miss anything I needed to say. I had no doubts about Dr. Bauer. When I woke up from surgery, Dr. Bauer was holding my hand and he said, we did it, you made it, they are beautiful! Dr. Bauer has amazing techniques. My incision was the size of a one-inch paper cut and within weeks faded to a pale pink. I am 5 ½ months post-op and my scars have completely faded. My breasts are very soft and completely natural. Dr. Bauer's staff was unbelievable. Upon every visit, I was greeted with a smile and an upbeat attitude always filled the atmosphere. I was always treated with care and patience. I was never rushed from one room to the next or rushed into scheduling surgery. I was told and supported by his staff to take my time. I was able to "try on" the filled implants as many times and often as I needed to with whatever clothing I wished. Everything I communicated to Dr. Bauer's staff, made its way back to Dr. Bauer as if I had told Dr. Bauer himself. His staff called me the night before surgery, that night following surgery and the day after surgery. His staff truly cared about me. Follow up care has been the same wonderful, extraordinary treatment. Dr. Bauer's office is extremely comfortable and professional. The individual rooms are private with a separate dressing room and include a long soft satin robe for you to wear. There is no hiding with the natural daylight and full length mirrors that fill the room. I trust Dr. Bauer and his staff. I recommend Dr. Bauer to anyone for any and all procedures he performs. "I just wanted to take the time to tell you how much I love Dr. Joseph G. Bauer in Alpharetta Ga. I know lots of ladies talk about him on the discussion boards and I always chime in! He was so professional and caring! He really seems like a very nice person. He always made me feel so comfortable and important. "Dr. Bauer was awesome. Dr. Bauer did my surgery 13 mos ago. I went from 34a to 32d or 32dd. He strives to give you the results that you are looking for. His staff is wonderful! I have several friends that have used him -- all with wonderful, natural results. Everyone had good recoveries with extremely natural results. I took in pictures of the "look" I wanted. I thought I wanted a 34C but even though my size says 32d or dd, I love very much like the pictures that I took in on my first consult. I am 5'4" 110lbs 28" ribcage. Dr. Bauer used 375cc round saline unders. I am amazed at how natural they look. They are very soft and jiggly. I am sure the silicone would look and feel even better. It did take a while for them to drop and fluff. I haven't had children and I had been working my chest quite a bit so my muscles and skin did not want to let the implant drop. After aggressive massage and strap wearing, they finally dropped and now look and feel great."
