This is a 30 year old Carmel, Indiana breast augmentation patient 5’6” 144 pounds 34B cup size. She presented with loss of fullness of the upper part of her breasts with some skin stretching following pregnancy. The woman contacted Dr. Richard B. Linderman of Carmel, IN, and they up an appointment. Dr. Linderman suggested a breast augmentation to give her the desired look. She underwent subpectoral breast augmentation with 400cc implants placed through an inframammary fold incision to obtain a post-operative size of 34C.
