Introduction: Dr Laura Sudarsky is a world renowned leader in the field of endoscopic breast augmentation. Dr Sudarsky retained her longstanding positions of Chief, Plastic Surgery,and Director of Ambulatory Plastic Surgery at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern New York before her relocation to Ft Lauderdale in March 2014; she is Founder and Medical Director of SUDS, Ft Lauderdale.

Dr Sudarsky is at the forefront of her field in breast surgery.  She was Lead Investigator for  pioneering TUBA ( trans umbilical breast aug ) published her series in Annals of Plastic Surgery and  taught the procedure to collegues. She continues to develop and refine new breast techniques and bring them to her practice.

 

As principal investigator in Monitoring in for Mircosurgery, and complex flap and wound problems, she has presented and published  in  national conferences, and surgery journals respectively.

With 20 years of experience behind her she has been involved in the evolution of fillers and injectables.

This commitment has led to offering specialty multilingual Clinics in impoverished countries: Colombia, Equador, Guatamela, and Bangladesh; this work with underserved groups of women and children has led to recognition by charities such as Operation Smile and Healing the Children. She is the recipient of multiple humanitarian awards including the United States Congress Certificate of Special Recognition. An  advocate for women, she consulted with the American Cancer Society and Susan Komen Foundation to provide breast screening and treatment for the uninsured.

 

Dr. Sudarsky is a Fellow of The American College of  Surgeons…and diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

 

She received both undergraduate and Medical school training at New York University where she achieved Beta Lamba Sigma and Cum Laude as well as the Founders Day Award for academic excellence.….

 

Dr Sudarsky was selected for Surgical  Residency Training,  at the world renowned Bellevue and NYU Hospitals in Manhattan where she became Chief Resident, and a subsequent Plastic Surgery  Residency at Yale University Medical Centre. Moreover, she was retained as Instructor, Section of Plastic Surgery, at Yale New Haven.
